Cultivating Corporate Sponsors for Events

Do you know how to find corporate sponsors for your events and cultivate on-going partnerships? Are you lost in the process? Are you tired of offering the same levels and benefits year after year? Join us to learn effective tips on how to cultivate corporate sponsors for your events and build lasting relationships.
This workshop will cover:
• Tips on finding potential corporate sponsors
• How to build relationship with sponsors
• How to solicit donations
• Ideas for new sponsorship packages and unique offerings
• Methods for following up after a successful event
Speaker: Sabrina Walker Hernandez, MPA
Sabrina is a certified consultant, coach, & facilitator that helps small nonprofit Staff & Board build relationships that convert into more donations. She has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and leadership. Among Sabrina's successes is that she increased operation revenue from $750,000 to $2.5M and completing a $12M comprehensive capital campaign in the 3rd poorest county in the United States. She has facilitated numerous workshops with hundreds of nonprofit professionals. Sabrina is certified in Nonprofit Management by Harvard Business School. She is an active community leader and volunteer in Edinburg, Texas where she is based.
Cancellation policy: We require notice of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the event start time. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations. All registrants are encouraged to send an alternate if unable to attend.
LACDAC and First 5 (Region 4) grantees who register without attending will be invoiced directly for the full cost of the course. Per our contract with LACDAC, we are required to notify LACDAC of any grantees who register and do not attend; Those who miss a session cannot register to attend any future TNP sessions until payment is received.
