Join us for this special two-day event: a half day workshop on Communicating With Your Team, and a full day workshop on Supervising for New Managers. The first day, you will learn about your unique communication style, and how to identify and work effectively with members of your organization. Take those new discoveries into our full day training for supervisors, and build your skills in supervision, from performance management to delegation.

Day 1: (Half Day)
Wednesday, September 25th 9am - 12pm

Discover your communication style, and how that plays a role in your everyday interactions. You'll understand how you respond to others' styles and how to have more productive interactions with all personality types. You will be able to communicate more effectively and motive team members. This training will allow you to capitalize on the diverse strengths of your team.

Participants will walk away from the workshop with practical tools that can be immediately applied to their individual work situations, and give you tools on identifying how your team can become more effective through communication.

Participants receive a full individualized report based on their responses, and access to additional online tools (included in the cost of the workshop).

Day Two: (Full Day)
September 26th 9am - 4pm
Lunch Included

This workshop will help you learn tips and tools to excel in supervising others. Whether you are newly appointed to a supervisory role, or need a refresher to improve your skills, this workshop is for you!
